Last updated: September 1, 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using GetTaskFlow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location.

Your account

You are responsible for protecting your sign in, PayPal account, encryption passphrases, workspace access, and activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and notify support about suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not use GetTaskFlow for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use invitations, chat, or email delivery for spam.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give GetTaskFlow the limited permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share it.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by PayPal. The Monthly plan may include the trial displayed during checkout and renews automatically after that trial unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions are billed according to the checkout terms shown before approval.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GetTaskFlow available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve safety, reliability, or product operation. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetTaskFlow is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. GetTaskFlow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

These terms are a practical initial policy and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before a large commercial launch.
